FOLIO BOXES

Folio Boxes are handmade, clam shell style presentation boxes, available with Cloth or personalised Image covers.

Your choice for the Cloth cover includes our Asahi, Linen or Buckram bookcloth ranges.  Image covers feature a customised image wrap cover, printed on silk or canvas, and coated with a satin laminate for protection.

Folio Boxes are available in a large range of sizes in vertical, horizontal or square orientation and a USB drive section can be added if you wish to include your digital files in your package.  Folio Boxes also come in 3 depths to hold 10, 15 or 25 Frame Mounts.

TIMBER FOLIO BOXES

Timber Folio Boxes are handcrafted from beautiful Victorian Ash Australian timber and are available in Grey, Oak or Black.  

Each box features a suede insert with matching ribbon so you can easily lift out your Frame Mounts. You also have the option to add a matching timber frame which your client can fill with any of their matted images.  They can change, or swap, this matted image at any time.

Timber Folios are available in 8×10″ or 11×14″ and there are 3 lid designs to choose from – Hand Torn lid, Image lid or a clear Acrylic lid so the first mat within the box can be seen.  With 2 depths to choose from your box can hold either 10 (Shallow) or 20 (Deep) Frame Mounts.

BAMBOO BOXES

Bamboo Boxes are handcrafted from beautiful Victorian Ash Australian timber with a unique bamboo stain.  Each box features rustic gold hinges and a swing clasp to keep your box closed.

Bamboo Boxes are available in 8×10″ or 11×14″ and there are 3 lid designs to choose from – Hand Torn lid, Image lid or a clear Acrylic lid so the first mat within the box can be seen.  With 2 depths to choose from your box can hold either 10 (Shallow) or 20 (Deep) Frame Mounts.

PORTRAIT BOX SETS

Portrait Box Sets are an inexpensive box option when 10 or less matted prints have been ordered, or you are just getting started with in person sales.  The boxes are a traditional lid and base style box covered in Black, White or Earth coloured paper and has a ribbon for lifting out the matted prints.

Portrait Box Sets are available in 8×10″ and 11×14″ and include 10 Frame Mounts in the price.   Studio logo embossing can be placed on the lid of the box.

FRAME MOUNTS

Our Folio box range has been designed to hold our handmade Frame Mounts.  Frame Mount colours include white and black and are available in 3 styles – Standard, Vroove or Hand Torn.

Standard Frame Mounts are our classic version.  Simple, yet stylish, each aperture is cut with a 45 degree bevel cut.

Vgroove Frame Mounts are similar to our Standard style with a 45 degree bevel aperture but it also has a feature groove approximately 10mm around the aperture.

Hand Torn Frame Mounts feature an image printed on Hahnemuhle fine art paper with a hand torn deckled edge.  All Hand Torn Frame Mounts arrive as a finished product as they include the image printed and mounted.

UPGRADE OPTIONS

PRINT AND ASSEMBLY – Make your life easier by having us print and assemble your images so your boxes arrive ready to hand over to your client. Choose from our range of fine art lustre, matte and Hanhnamuhle papers, as well as our unique Hand Torn option.

DRAWSTRING BAGS – Our handmade Drawstring Bags are a gorgeous, yet inexpensive way to package any of our Folio Boxes.  Made from heavy duty cotton, each drawstring bag features a ribbed satin ribbon and is available in natural or black cloth.

EMBOSSING – Personalise your Folio Boxes and Portrait Box Sets by embossing your studio logo on the lid.  Foils are available in rose gold, silver, gold, white, black, copper or blind. You can incorporate your studio logo on Timber and Bamboo Boxes by adding your logo to the base of the box using one our Photoshop template.

TIMBER EASELS – Timber Easels are a great presentation option for displaying Frame Mounts in your studio or clients home.  Handcrafted using premium Australian timber, easels are available in Oak or Walnut in 2 sizes.

HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER

Placing your order is easy!  Log in, go to the product webpage and the order form is on the right hand side of the page.  Pricing will be shown in the top right and corner. 

1/.  Choose your box specifics – pick the material, colour, orientation and depth 

2/.  Add any optional extra‘s – such as Frame Mounts, Prints, Embossing and Packaging.  These are all optional (apart from the Portrait Box Sets which include your Frame Mounts)

3/.  Add your order to the cart

4/.  Upload your files – if you have chosen a Timber or Bamboo Box you will need to upload the templates for your box covers.  Photoshop templates can be found on the product webpage under the Templates tab.  This is also where you will upload your image files if we are printing and assembling your Frame Mounts.

5/.  Complete the check out process!
